The first thing you notice about this Cab Franc is the beautiful depth of colour in your glass. The rich velvety nose will make you want to take it all in. The dark cherry notes mingle with spice and chocolate. On your palate, this wine is smooth with very pleasant tannins bringing to mind the word "silky". The blackberries shine through here. An incredibly balanced wine with a lingering finish. Sure not to disappoint.
