Members receive one (1) shipment per year
If a Wine Club shipment has been returned to us undelivered, or is not picked up from the winery within 12 months of purchase date, the wine will be forfeited and a refund or credit will not be offered.
We welcome you to pick up your wine from us directly at the winery. We ask that members wanting to pick up their wine do so within the shipment month, or inform us to their intended pick up date so that we may store it accordingly. We will bill your credit card on file regardless of your preferred shipment method.
When your wine is delivered, it must be signed for by someone who has reached the legal drinking age in your province of residence. Our preferred shipper will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol two (2) times before sending it back to us. If a package returns, please contact the Wine Club directly at 250.498.4884. A re-shipping fee of $25 will be applied to all orders that are re-shipped.
Canceling Your Membership
You may cancel your membership after you have received one (1) automatic Wine Club Shipment (a 1 year commitment). The Wine Club is a subscription and will continue until you cancel your membership with us. Memberships are billed on the first day of the shipment month. Any cancellations must be processed before the first to avoid being charged for the next shipment. Shipments processed prior to the cancellation are nonrefundable, even if not yet received. You may cancel your membership by calling the Wine Club directly at 250.498.4884 or by email at email@example.com. Once your membership is cancelled, shipments and benefits will end.
Other Important Details
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used by us and will not be sold or shared with anyone. Wine Club Memberships are void where prohibited. We reserve the right to change or amend the Wine Club at any time. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or revoke any Membership to any Member at any time for any reason.
