We use estate Pinot Noir for this Rosé, the nose is floral and fresh with hints of roses, rhubarb, and kiwi. Strawberry, candied apple, and a hint of baking spice on the pallet make way for a nice tart dry finish. An elegant Rosé that is fun and friendly, but also a serious food wine. Enjoy with seared scallops or baked brie with strawberry compote. Also very versatile for patio sipping and long afternoons on the shores of Vaseux Lake!
